Series consists of records pertaining to Ken Taylor's career in the foreign service, in particular during his time as Canadian ambassador to Iran. Records include copies of his correspondence containing updates on the status of the Iran hostage crisis, copies of correspondence between Canadian and American diplomats and dignitaries, fact sheets and itineraries, timelines, diplomatic passports and various memos, press releases and messages related to economic and international relations. Also includes certificates appointing Taylor as Vice Consul and Consul of Canada for Michigan and Ohio.
