Series consists of Viola Pratt's correspondence with friends and colleagues including Margaret (Peggy) Brown, Hugh Eayrs, and classmates from Victoria University; colleagues of E.J. Pratt such as David G. Pitt, Leonard W. Brockington, and Desmond Pacey; and E.J. Pratt researchers including Brother Conrad, Sister Helen Mahoney, and Sandra Djwa.

Previously recorded correspondence with Northrop Frye and A.B.B. Moore regarding the opening of The E.J. Pratt Room of Contemporary Poetry and the renaming of Victoria College Library to the E.J. Pratt Library, found in the E.J. Pratt fonds, Series 5, Box 14, file 16 and Box 17, file 6.
