The 1892 expedition consisted of seven men: A.P. Coleman, brother L.Q. Coleman (a rancher from Morley, Alberta), Louis B. Stewart (professor of Surveying, University of Toronto), Dr. Laird (from Winnipeg), Mr Pruyn (a sportsman interested in shooting big horn sheep and mountain goats), and two Stony Indians; Jimmy Jacob (the Sexton from the Mission church, Morley would guide on the trails), and Mark Two-young-men (a young lad engaged to help with the ponies).

The 1892 expedition did not find the mountain.
