Writing Centres

Students in the MDiv, MPS, MSMus, MTS, & Certificate programs at Emmanuel College are welcome to use the Victoria College Writing Centre, which offers writing tutorial service. Appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes and can be in person or online. The trained instructors can help you with drafting, brain-storming, writing and revising your written assignments. They also help with resumes, job applications, and Graduate or Professional personal statements. Please try to book an appointment in the beginning of the term or at least two weeks in advance, as this is a popular service and spaces quickly fill up. You can also sign up on a waiting list if spots are booked.

For students in the PhD, MA, ThM, or DMin programs, use the School of Graduate Studies Writing Centre, and check out the Graduate Centre for Academic Communication webpage.
