Extent14 cm of textual records (bound books) Administrative HistoryThe Victoria University Faculty consisted of the members of the teaching staff who conducted formal meetings. In the early years of Victoria they met to discuss student grades and discipline, classes, schedules, rules and regulations, and other administrative functions of Victoria. Their responsibilities were quite broad and currently are shared between different administrative bodies including the Council, Senate, Registrar, and Dean's Office. The formation of this group was not required by the Victoria University Act. Scope and ContentFonds consists of five minute books containing the minutes of Faculty meetings, 1847-1917 (gap July 1851-May 1853).
