PLATES OF DIAGRAMS
These prints were illustrations in Isaac Frost's Two Systems of Astronomy. London, Printed by Catchpool & Trent, and published by Simpkin, Marshall, 1846.
Engraved under the prints, on the left is "Drawn by Isaac Frost", and, on the right is "Engraved by W.P. Chubb & Son, 7, Charterhouse St." In the centre there is "The Newtonian System" and, below this is, "Printed in Oil Colours by G. Baxter, Patentee, 11, Northampton Square". These prints are untitled.

This plate represents part of the great universe according to the Newtonian System, the stars as suns with worlds revolving around them.
