Cambridge History of English and American Literature

Chambers Reference Online
This free online reference source includes Chambers 21st Century Dictionary, Chambers Thesaurus and Chambers Biographical Dictionary.

Jewish Encyclopedia.com
Full, unedited reproduction (including illustrations and photo captions) of the original 12-volume Jewish Encyclopedia (1902-1906), edited by Isidore Singer, inspired by the 19th -century Wissenschaft des Judentums ("Science of Judaism"). Users can browse transcribed and original versions of the text, wirh keyword, title, and caption search capability. Hyperlinks within entries take users to related topics elsewhere in the encyclopedia.

Routledge Encyclopedia of Philosophy
Currently the largest English-language encyclopedic work on philosophy. Entries (nearly 2000) include concepts, themes, and thinkers within various philosophical traditions. All articles signed and contain bibliographies.

Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
Essay-length articles on various aspects, themes and figures in philosophy. Articles written and signed by philosophers who have published refereed articles on their respective topics.
