Laptops that are capable of internet access can connect using wired or wireless access at the Victoria libraries. The library provides network jacks for 100-megabit internet service at all carrels and most study tables in the
E.J. Pratt Library. Shared 11-megabit (802.11 b/g) wireless service is available throughout the Pratt Library, and at Emmanuel Library. The reception is better in some areas than others due to the effects of book stacks, etc.
