A Century of Women in Residence at Vic

This exhibition was mounted to commemorate the centenary of Annesley Hall at Victoria University. Built in 1903 Annsley Hall was renovated in 1988 and was the first residence built specifically for women in Canada. On May 30, 31 and June 1, 2003, former women residents of Annesley Hall, Margaret Addison Hall, the Bloor Street residences, 85 Charles Street West, and Wymilwood came from all over the world to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first women's residence in Canada.
