Administrative History
The autobiography titled “This Terrible Business Has Been Good to Me” was published by Key Porter Books in Canada in 2004, and by Thomas Dunne Books in the United States in 2005. Research for a book on Norman Jewison’s life began in 1987, with movie critic Jay Scott interviewing pertinent individuals and compiling notes. In 1997–1998 the project was attempted again with the involvement of writer Jack Batten. The final undertaking begun in 2002 with Anna Porter resulted in the published book.
